Certificate of Authentication for Original Art Purchases
 

Thank you for choosing Rigo Peralta's Art Studio for your art acquisition. Please read the following terms carefully before making a purchase. By completing your purchase, you agree to abide by these terms:
 

1. Original Artworks and Certificate of Authentication:

When purchasing an original artwork from Rigo Peralta's Art Studio, you will receive a Certificate of Authentication along with your purchase. This certificate confirms the authenticity and provenance of the artwork. The certificate will include details such as the title of the artwork, Rigo Peralta's name, a brief description of the artwork, the purchase date, and his stamped finger print.
 

2. Certificate Protection:

The Certificate of Authentication is an important document. Please keep it safe and in its original condition, as alterations, damage, or tampering may affect its validity. Rigo Peralta's Art Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged certificates.

3. Transfer of Ownership:

The Certificate of Authentication serves as proof of ownership for the original artwork. If you decide to transfer ownership of the artwork to another party, please provide them with the original Certificate of Authentication to ensure the continuity of provenance.
 

4. Copyright and Reproduction:

The purchase of an original artwork does not transfer the copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer. The artist, Rigo Peralta, retains all copyright and intellectual property rights to the artwork. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of the artwork without explicit permission from the artist is prohibited.
 

5. Authenticity Guarantee:

Rigo Peralta's Art Studio guarantees the authenticity of the original artwork purchased from the studio. In the unlikely event that the authenticity of the artwork is called into question, Rigo Peralta's Art Studio will work with the buyer to address the issue promptly and fairly.
 

6. Certificate Replacement:

In the event that your Certificate of Authentication is lost, damaged, or requires replacement, please contact Rigo Peralta's Art Studio. A replacement certificate may be issued at the discretion of the studio, and a processing fee may apply.
 

7. Governing Law:

These terms of purchase and the Certificate of Authentication are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pennsylvania.
 

By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and agree to abide by them. Rigo Peralta's Art Studio reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the studio's website.
